Introducing The Promise Campaign

Over the years, Francis Holland School has been providing bursaries to talented and financially deserving pupils. This term, the School launched Foundation Scholarships as part of The Promise Campaign

This term, Francis Holland School has launched Foundation Scholarships as part of The Promise Campaign -  a new type of bursary created to enable deserving girls to have a truly life-changing opportunity - an education with no bounds.

Foundation Scholarships are transformative. They are means-tested and cover 100% of the fee as well as extras and further support; they are awarded to families who would otherwise not be able to consider an independent school education. These awards will give more deserving young girls the chance to flourish with a Francis Holland education, and each opportunity will be truly life-changing.

The inequality gap is widening in education and we feel we must play our part now, as an educational charity, in addressing this. With this in mind, we have launched this bold and ambitious initiative to address the unequal opportunities faced by children today.

We hope you will join us. All their promise needs, is yours.

Foundation Scholars

From September 2022, fully-funded bursary students will be known as Foundation Scholars to reflect the impact they have on our School community. Find out more.
