Parents of Junior, Senior and Sixth Form pupils joined us for the belated summer drinks party in the School playground, and it was a wonderful opportunity to invite our newer parents into the School to meet teachers and the wider FHS community.
We were also delighted to be able to offer tours of our new Sixth Form Centre, The Old School House, a space we have been looking forward to sharing with you all since it opened its doors in January this year.
This event followed the Upper Sixth Leavers' Service, which saw the Class of 2021 return to St Mary's Church on Bourne Street before they accompanied their parents to the School to join the parent drinks. Ordinarily, this service takes place at the end of the Summer Term but was postponed due to the pandemic.
