The 133rd School Birthday was celebrated on Friday 28th February with the customary Service of Thanksgiving for the school and for our founder, Francis Holland.  Pupils from the Senior and Junior school attended St Michael's Church, and the girls wore daffodils for this special occasion. After church the whole school assembled to watch the staff versus girls netball match, which was a particularly close match, but was won in the end by the girls by one point!

The Senior School entertainment was a group of performers from 'Albert & Friends', a youth circus in London. The students and staff were stunned by many daring performances and several members of the audience, including the Headmistress, were chosen to take part in a circus act.

The Junior School enjoyed the 'Astrodome', a portable space theatre with the accuracy of a full size planetarium. The girls enjoyed learning about science and astronomy from a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and were amazed by the dome and its presentation of the Universe.
