On Tuesday the 9th January, we had the opportunity to hear from Lucy Morse and Annabelle de Lucy McKeeve, distinguished FHS alumnae, who have embarked on different courses; Lucy has a place on the PWC Flying Start Accountancy degree and Annabelle is undertaking a degree apprenticeship at Squire Patton Boggs in law. Their insights into these prestigious firms, helped us to understand the wide range of opportunities after school. It was particularly inspiring to hear from these accomplished young women, navigating the complexities of their respective fields with skill, so recently after graduating.
Lucy's experience at PWC has provided her with valuable exposure to the intricacies of accountancy, enhancing her practical knowledge and honing her analytical skills. On the legal front, Annabelle's journey at Squire Patton Boggs showcases her dedication to learning the complexities of law, while working towards a law degree, demonstrating a remarkable commitment to her profession.
It was amazing to witness Lucy and Annabelle, flourishing in their chosen courses and interesting to hear about a different career parth. Their narratives brought a fresh and insightful perspective, inspiring us to navigate the professional landscape with the same confidence and proficiency. Thank you so much to them both for giving such an enlightening talk.
