Alumna interviewed on The Confidence Fighter for Girls podcast

Alumna Audrey Mitchell (née Wiggin) mentioned Headmistress Lucy Elphinstone's mantra 'Do it Scared' during the interview, which was later endorsed by Bear Grylls
Co-chair of the Alumni Association and Old Girl Audrey Mitchell (née Wiggin), Class of 1992, was interviewed by her 10 year old daughter, Myrtle, for her podcast The Confidence Fighter for Girls. Bear Grylls acknowledged Lucy Elphinstone's powerful 'Do it Scared' as a "great mantra", a statement that Audrey felt summed up her daughter's strong message perfectly.

Audrey spoke about confidence from a coach's perspective - she runs Audrey Wiggin Associates, specialising in Executive Coaching for Senior Executives. Myrtle started the podcast as a lockdown project which has now become a full-blown podcast, available to listen to on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. It's aimed at young girls who want to grow their confidence and become happier, more confident selves. Myrtle produced the podcast herself - this is an excellent daily dose of confidence for young girls.
