Old Girl Gillian Royalton-Kisch reminisces

Alumna Gillian Charlesworth (Royalton-Kisch) responded to an email communication sent to alumni last week regarding support during our days of coronavirus.

Hello,

That was such a nice message to receive during this very stressful time!

I was a naughty pupil at Graham Terrace from 1952-8, app!

Some of you may even remember my blocking up the piano, much to Miss Ashby’s fury, on April Fool’s day as well as leading a hunger strike in the hope of improving the disgusting school lunches....it didn’t! And live in SW11...close to Battersea Park.

Anyway, I am online and would love to hear from anybody who may possibly remember me and lives locally. I very much doubt anybody younger than my ripe old 78 years does and I am fine, as I write, for shopping etc. However, should Boris incarcerate me,

The occasional contact would be more than welcome.

Keep Well Everyone.

Gillian Charlesworth.

Nee: Gillian Royalton-Kisch.
