PE Department-recommended fitness blogs - tried and tested for you to enjoy!

The PE department has put together a list of Instagram/ YouTube and fitness blogs that you may like to check out over the next few weeks. There are lots of live sessions out there which can act as a great motivation tool.

The sessions are often in the morning 7am -9am, afternoons 12 - 1.00pm and evenings 5 - 7.30pm.

Mobility/ Yoga / Barre/ Meditation
Ailishgetbetter – Dr Ailish has a variety of LIVE sessions at 8.30am, which are uploaded to Instagram and include Kinaesthetic Yoga and mobility focused sessions.

Fly LDN – Check their live schedule on Instagram or head to their youtube channel for yoga and barre based sessions (beginner through to advanced).

Corepower Yoga- Live workouts at 12.00pm on youtube with lots of extra material available on their youtube page ( sleep strategies, meditation and energy healing).

Digmefitness- HIIT/yoga/ running club live sessions on instagram starting from 8.00am

Aliceliving: Live Instagram videos from 8.30am from yoga/mobility to kettlebell/ bodyweight sessions.

HIIT/ Strength/ Full Body Session + Yoga
Thirdspace – More intense Instagram live HIIT, strength (bodyweight and free weights) and yoga workouts available. Check their Instagram for the schedule with sessions starting from 7.00am.

1Rebel - More intense Instagram live HIIT, strength (bodyweight and free weights) and yoga workouts available. Check their Instagram for the schedule with sessions starting from 8.15am.

Barry's Bootcamp - More intense Instagram live HIIT, strength ( bodyweight and free weights) and yoga workouts available. Create a free account on their website and book onto live home workouts free ( great for those who may be missing the Ecclestone Yard Barry sessions)

BXRlondon: Joshua Antony’s members only gym are posting sessions including explosive lower-body sessions, boxing conditioning and a couples' HIIT.

Psycle: Live Instagram workouts (without the bikes) every day, from barre sessions, guided meditations and yoga flows.
